1. Create a new page for what you want to appear in the popup. 2. Save that page, upload to your server. 3. Then on the page that you want the link to that popup on simply paste in the code snippet. 4. Edit the http://www.yoursite.com/popup.html to whatever the link to the page is that you want to appear in the popup. 5. Change Link Name or the image tag to whatever text/image you'd like to appear as the clickable link. The attributes that can be changed are as follows: 'MyWindow1' is the name of this link.
